
The sanitary crisis has hit hard many businesses. Getting back to normal or building growth consistently in today’s times takes the fine orchestration of complex efforts in a broad scope of domains. This article is a tentative in articulating holistic views into details, with a focus on marketing/sales, digital strategies, and business growth tactics. Based on own experience across a diversity of industries, with small to large enterprises of different digital maturities, I’ve come up with that list of 22 generic activities, or call them projects, split in six domains. A non academic, non exhaustive, own approach as business consultant and manager, rooted in twenty-five years of business experience, refreshed with newest practices in digital business and marketing areas.
